Alvin J. Brideau is a retired Police Lieutenant and Acting Chief who has spent decades observing government, public service, leadership, and the challenges facing ordinary citizens.
Throughout his career, he witnessed both the strengths and weaknesses of public institutions and developed a deep belief that accountability, integrity, and citizen involvement are essential for a successful society.
